NHS competition lawyers 'cost A 5m'

Labour claims that at least 5 million has been paid out to lawyers since the NHS in England was opened up to full competition last April The Government's NHS reforms are costing the taxpayer millions of pounds in fees for competition lawyers, Labour has claimed.
