Double amputee Scots soldier in South Pole bid

AN injured Scottish soldier aiming to become the first double amputee to reach the South Pole has spoken of how thoughts of home and his life in the Highlands will sustain him on the trek as he struggles to rebuild his life following the horrific injuries he suffered in Afghanistan.
