Council chief calls on hospitals to reveal where their meals come from

Penny Thompson, chief executive of Brighton and Hove City Council , will write to the heads of Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust and the Sussex Community NHS Trust requesting details of where ingredients are being sourced.
