ConnectedHealth tablet, app improve patient outcomes

Singapore-based ConnectedHealth has developed a tablet device and application - dubbed Nursing Manager - that lets providers harvest data generated by patient devices, such as glucose monitors, blood-pressure monitors and weight scales.
