Senator: Hospitals reducing treatment errors, but problems remain

Calling hospital errors "heartbreaking," U.S. Sen. Barbara Boxer on Friday released a report detailing how some California hospitals are reducing medical mistakes that can cause infections, incorrect administration of drugs, falls and other complications.
