Poor customer service at St Ann's Bay Hospital

THE EDITOR, Sir: It was my second visit to St Ann's Bay Hospital and the events that took place on both occasions were similar.The individuals at the information desk displayed unprofessional behaviour and, in some cases, referred persons, apparently unwarrantedly and out of turn, for screening before individuals waiting.
