NHS To 'Go Digital' To Reduce Paper Errors

Vital patient information including patient notes and prescriptions are to "go digital" as part of a 260m move to cut down the number of paper blunders and make the NHS "safer". It comes after Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt revealed that 11 people died in the NHS in England last year after being given the wrong medication.
